During the Project+ QuickScan, the engineers at HSV test the feasibility of your product design. They check whether your design can be manufactured using particle foam components (EPS, EPP, ETPU, etc.) or injection-moulded plastic components, or using the Project+ approach. Project+ focuses on optimal integration of both techniques for the realisation of your product.<\/p>\n

Do you have a preliminary design in the form of a sketch or PDF file? Or do you already have 3D or CAD files? Include these files with your request.<\/p>\n

Also let us know about any requirements or specifications for your product. An indication of the expected batch size will help us find the right technique for you.<\/p>\n

Based on the data you provide, you will receive advice without any obligations on whether your product can be manufactured in plastic. And if so, what type of plastic and which techniques would be most appropriate for your specific application, including an estimated lead time and an initial price indication.<\/p>\n
